Then once the tenant has moved in we are ready to brief you and act quickly to resolve maintenance issues, be they large or small.
We have extensive experience with dealing with the full range of issues from block insurance claims to appliance breakdowns. Our property management service also includes rent collection, registering the deposit with a government approved scheme, paying service charges on your behalf, regular property inspections and tenancy renewal negotiations. At the end of the tenancy we will organise the return of deposit and negotiate on the point of any dilapidations to ensure the property is handed back in the best possible condition and ready for the market as soon as possible. We aim to strike a good working relationship with the tenant to ensure they feel they are getting prompt, efficient problem solving whilst working in your best interest.
