Services include: SW Residential will prepare a 5/10 year property maintenance plan and the associated budget.

Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor Services

Services include: SW Residential will recommend suggested partners who specialise in resident and non-resident landlord tax returns.

ATED & CGT Valuations

Services include: SW Residential work with fully qualified Valuers and Surveyors to assist with Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings and Capital Gains Tax.
