Our founder Caterina has been working in the property sector for 20 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of Lettings, Property management, and Sales. Caterina was educated at Heathfield School and then moved to London where she started a career in luxury goods PR before moving into Real Estate.

Jeremy has been with SW since 2012 and has experience in all aspects of the business, ranging from viewings to property management. Jeremy has a particular focus on property management and is familiar with SW Residential’s entire property portfolio.

Christian joined SW Residential in 2013 and has since become a company Director. Christian works in all aspects of the business with a particular focus on building, property management, new instructions, and tenancy contracts. His CV includes degrees in law and computer science.

Accountant

Tatiana joined the business in 2017 and works full time handling all aspects of accounts and bookkeeping. This also includes the provided client financial services (e.g. accounting, and overseeing rent collection). Tatiana is a qualified accountant while being fluent in Russian, French, and English.

Charles Kingsley-Evans has been familiar with Knightsbridge, Belgravia, South Kensington and Chelsea for well over 30 years. With in-depth experience of these areas, he is able to provide professional advice on all aspects of property, including lease extensions and valuations for probate, divorce and taxation purposes.
