Our founder, Caterina, brings over 25 years of experience in luxury lettings, property management, and sales, with unrivalled local knowledge from living and working in SW for over 30 years. Before founding SW Residential, she spent 10 years in luxury goods PR, building expertise in service excellence and client relations. Known for achieving higher rental yields and maximising sales prices, Caterina offers discretion, expertise, and exclusive access to off-market opportunities.
